Cook up to 1.2 kg of Char Siu Pork with one pack of Lobo Roast Red Pork imported from Thailand.

To prepare Char Siu or Chinese barbecue pork, take pork butt, cut it into long pieces of 1.5 x 8 inches. Take your spice mix, dissolve its content in 1/2 cup water, soak the meat for 2-3 hours.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or charcoal grill or broil until well-done.

Enough seasoning to prepare up 1.2kg of pork
