Korean curry is a unique fusion of Indian and Japanese curries, with turmeric, coriander, cumin, fennel, as well as garlic, ginger, and spicy chili peppers popular in Korean pepper pastes, soybean, and even dairy products such as milk and cheese products.

Ottogi curry's golden yellow color is from TURMERIC. Turmeric is a healthy ingredient that provides anti-inflammatory, supports heart and brain health.

Recipe suggestion:

Cut meat, onion, potato, and carrot into a bite-size and in a skillet stir-fry with oil until cooked. Add 3 cups(700mL) of water and cook until all ingredients get tender. Put curry powder into the cook-pot slowly and stir well over low heat. Pour it on the cooked rice and enjoy it.
