YUTAKA Dried Wakame Seaweed Flakes - 40 gr pack

This dried Sushi Nori is dried and roasted and comes into flakes. This way, you can use it to flavour many Japanese dishes, broths and soups or even in salads or noodle dishes. This will bring an extra deep marine flavour to your cuisine.

Nori seaweed, the best known seaweed in Japanese cuisine, stands out for its small, thin size and because it changes colour from black to green when it has been cooked. It is a seaweed that comes from cultivation and is dried in the sun or in the oven on bamboo mats.

NOTE: this product comes in seaweed flakes, cannot be used to wrap sushi!!
